Managed Services

The greatest growth area in payroll services today is the move to  fully outsource all payroll and associated functions.

For businesses and organisations ready to realise the cost savings and free their business from transactional payroll tasks, Talent2 offers:

Fully Managed Outsourced Services (FMOS) provide you with a full-service outsourcing solution – from undertaking superannuation and workers compensation payments, gross-to-net calculations and responding to employee inquiries to complete record-keeping and reporting. Talent2 runs your complete pay office for you. When you use this service, you provide the transactional and employee payroll data, and we do the rest. Our experienced FMOS team takes responsibility for the management of the time and accuracy of critical operational human resource and payroll activities.

As an FMOS client, all you need to retain in house is a non-dedicated, nominated person to coordinate payroll services. Our service helps cut the cost of investing in technology and staff training. Additional savings are achieved through improved business processes introduced by our FMOS.

Prior to implementation, our consultants complete risk audits, environment profiles and business process improvement studies to support transition and ensure minimal disruption. This approach reduces the risks associated with change, secures a higher level of acceptance, and ensures a planned and systematic approach to ongoing management.

Specialist Outsourced Services (SOS) is an extension of our FMOS offering and best suited to overseas based organisations with international expatriates based in Australia and New Zealand.

With this service Talent2 can do it all for you, so you have no hassle and no need to have a payroll person on your staff in Australia and New Zealand.

Although many of the operational aspects are similar to FMOS, the Specialist Outsourced Service also takes care of extra details, for example:

  • Company information including details of Australian Taxation Office and Office of State Revenue registrations
  • Applications for workers’ compensation insurance in the required states
  • Completion of payroll tax registrations (if required) in the required states
  • Set up superannuation funds
  • Opening a trust account for all payroll related payments
  • Organising employee expense payments, such as medical fund contributions, rent and utility bills
  • Facilitating payments to overseas bank accounts in foreign currency, if required

Aside from the many functions we can perform for your expatriate employees, we also provide you with professional advice in all these areas.
