Paul Dixon

Paul Dixon has over 15 years recruitment experience specialising in the Property and Real Estate sector. Spending seven years with the Melville Craig Group, he built up their Construction and Building division in Scotland, personally specialising in the residential sector before joining the Board in 2000.

Following Melville Craig’s acquisition by TMP Worldwide in 2001, Paul took responsibility for the Aberdeen office (Oil and Gas, IT, HR and Office Support), the Scottish Executive Resourcing function (senior appointments over £60,000) and continued his role as Director of the Construction and Property team, strategically supporting the Scottish business and personally delivering senior appointments for the residential sector across the UK.

With the TMP re-brand to Hudson in 2003 he relocated to London to launch the Construction and Property business in England and also took responsibility for the London Supply Chain and Procurement business. After four years with Hudson, Paul joined Talent Partners in May 2007 to build the UK Property and Real Estate division.
