Neil Ross
Neil Ross is an expert in 'business to consumer' companies where sophisticated marketing and customer service strategies are key growth drivers.
Neil focuses on executive positions - those that work “for the business” to drive excellence: CEO; MD; GM; COO; and operational executives – those working “on the business” to drive effectiveness in strategy, marketing, corporate communications, sales and customer service.
He is well qualified to identify the right talent as he has been both an MD and a CMO. Additionally much of his senior professional life has involved working in partnership with some of Australia’s most respected companies, alongside senior executives that have driven growth through customer centric strategy, marketing, sales and service.

His industry expertise includes business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors spanning FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Beverages, Tourism, Entertainment & Leisure, Financial Services, Quick Service Restaurants, Health Care, Automotive, Sporting and Cultural Organisations, IT, Advertising, Media and Sponsorships.
His most recent role was with QANTAS as Group General Manager Marketing with responsibility both in Australia and internationally for brand and product advertising, retail and promotional activity and sponsorships.
Having commenced his career with Nielsen research Neil then held brand management positions with The Boots Company and SC Johnson and Son before embarking on a long journey in advertising culminating in positions as Managing Director with his own agency, DDB Sydney and McCann Erickson Sydney.
Neil graduated from Macquarie University with a BA (Economics) and was a two times winner of the University Open Joke Telling Championship!
