Joanne Thomas

Joanne is Managing Director with Talent Partners Qatar. She began her recruitment career in Melbourne in 1999 where she specialised in international search assignments, particularly focusing on sourcing talent from the Australasian markets to the Middle East region. She is an experienced international recruiter, having worked in Australia, London, Dubai and Qatar, cross-border and relocation assignments are her area of expertise. Having spent the past 4 years in the Gulf region Joanne has an excellent understanding of the region and its cultural dynamics. Her industry experience is diverse spanning banking and financial services, oil & gas and petrochemicals, media, manufacturing, construction & development as well as public sector.

Joanne has a BA in History, Politics and French from the University of Melbourne in Australia. She is fluent in English and French.
