Celeste is a Senior Consultant with Talent Partners in Dubai. An entrepreneurial recruitment specialist with over ten years international search and recruitment experience, she is well seasoned in this multicultural environment. During her recruitment career she has concentrated her energies on advising clients and identifying human resources solutions for the GCC by sourcing from the region as well as internationally.
